THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED!
My husband and I just lost our home to foreclosure. I came into this storage facility with my husband practically in tears of my situation. The 2 men behind the counter were so understanding of my situation that they took me into the conference room away from other customers and actively listened to my situation. These guys and this storage building is nothig short of FANTASTIC! I have recommended Storage Zone to my family and I would recommend it to any one who is looking to store their valuables in a clean, safe and friendly environment. I am a middle aged woman that comes from the old school of doing things and I can confess that I have never seen customer service in any other place of business like Storage Zone provided to me. WOW!!! I have been using storage for almost 25 years. I have never seen such a place. The customer service is unbelievable. They made me feel like I found not only a new home but new family. I have had storage units in the past, and they all had the same poblem, they are to hot and to dirty. Storage zone is the CLEANEST I've ever seen. All indoor and air conditioned. No more dust bunnies!-Beth 12/19/10
Simply outstanding. I have neverbeen in a more secure, clean and convenient state of the art storae facility. This place has raised the bar for storage.
This is the nicest storage facility I have ever been in! I can sleep at night knowing my valuables are well secured and out of the heat. I was previously storing at what was suppose to be a climate controlled facility, but I found out 4 months later that I was dupped. The facility was evap cooled which they marketed to me as climate controlled. This company that I am now with called STORAGE ZONE is FANTASTIC. I couldn't be any happier. Great Facility Very helpful staff; in fact the employees are very accommodating and friendly, very clean, reasonable prices; they even have carts available to help cart belongings into storage. Convenient location just behind Lowe's. I highly recommend this place! They had an awesome deal going when I needed a storage so I might ask what deals they are running if any. 11/16/09
